As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across the globe. Your primary focus will be on managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems with our products, preventing and resolving disputes on PayPal and Stripe, processing orders, and creating shipping labels. You'll also be responsible for calculating the price of products, creating renders and mockup designs, working with AI tools to create new content, and managing social media outreach to influencers.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Manage sales inquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot customer problems with our products and resolve issues efficiently
  • Prevent and resolve disputes on PayPal and Stripe
  • Process orders and create shipping labels using DHL and UPS shipping label applications
  • Calculate the price of products and ensure accurate pricing information
  • Create renders and mockup designs using Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Work with AI tools to create new content and enhance our marketing efforts
  • Manage social media outreach to influencers and maintain a strong online presence
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and e-commerce
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • **English Proficiency:** Advanced level (C1-C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • **Shopify Expertise:** Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify, including creating and managing products, orders, and customers
  • **Shipping Label Applications:** Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications, including creating and printing shipping labels
  • **Sales Skills:** Strong sales abilities and experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • **Negotiation Skills:** Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and negotiate with customers
  • **Graphic Design Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator, with the ability to create high-quality designs and graphics
  • **Office Suite Proficiency:** Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and documents
  • **Communication Tools:** Experience with Slack and Gorgias app, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • **Social Media Management:** Ability to manage social media accounts effectively, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • **Customer Support Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • **Dispute Resolution:** Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • **Geographical Knowledge:** High understanding of worldwide addresses, including country-specific regulations and customs requirements
  • **Follow-up and Sales Calls:** Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth
  • **Copywriting:** Proficiency in creating compelling copy, including product descriptions, sales emails, and social media posts
