• *Job Summary**

As an Information Investigator III, you will play a key role in spearheading ad-hoc item analysis and developing foundational data solutions to better understand our Walmart clients. You will support the Item Oversight team of arenaflex, in expanding our portfolio of client-centric products by identifying and assessing new item opportunities and proposing adaptable solutions. You will have access to our vast global data, enabling you to conduct in-depth analysis and drive business decisions that impact how we pursue opportunities and make a significant impact at scale. In this role, you will be part of a larger team, "Information Adventures – Know Your Client," and work closely with our partners in Walmart Worldwide Tech, Data Management, and other product groups.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Spearhead ad-hoc item analysis and develop foundational data solutions to better understand our Walmart clients
• Support the Item Oversight team in expanding our portfolio of client-centric products by identifying and assessing new item opportunities and proposing adaptable solutions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of our vast global data to drive business decisions that impact how we pursue opportunities and make a significant impact at scale
• Develop and maintain data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and management, to provide data-driven insights and support their needs
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through meticulous attention to detail and identification of irregularities or errors in data
• Communicate findings, both written and orally, to non-technical stakeholders, including creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI/Scene/Excel
• Develop solutions for business problems using data-driven approaches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and insights

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make insightful, data-driven recommendations and solutions
• Proficiency in languages used to control data and draw insights from large data collections (SQL, Python, etc.)
• Experience in providing end-client support and investigating for data quality issues
• Related knowledge in the retail or finance industries
• Excellent, persuasive oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build functional relationships and communicate complex ideas simply
• Ability to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI/Scene/Excel
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
• Knowledge of data governance and data management principles
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
• Certification in data analysis or related field
