As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement process changes that drive business results. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response
• Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Work with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
• Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences
• Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of data set plan and capability
• Strong math and analytical skills
• You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
• Successful collaboration and time management abilities
• You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
• You have astounding written and oral communication skills
• A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Certification in data analysis or data science, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS)
