- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Assistant/Order Blaster at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Formatting Excel orders as needed to meet business requirements
- Setting up Profiles for all Excel orders to ensure seamless data entry
- Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and productivity standards
- Executing Customer Gift History lists and entering Catalog requests and address changes
- Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met
- Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources
- Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of data entry experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Type 35 wpm or higher
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including operating systems and software applications
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and correct errors
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
- Experience with data entry software and systems, such as CRM or ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

To perform this role, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with a download speed of at least 5 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 3 Mbps (preferably a wired connection, not wireless)
- A Windows 10 operating system

- 50 GB available space on your Hard Drive
- A USB headset with mic
