We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate – Client Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our retail location team, you will provide exceptional client service, perform various administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional client service by anticipating client needs, showing empathy and care in all interactions, and effectively resolving potential service issues
  • Focus on the client by offering a warm and friendly greeting, engaging with clients, and assisting with finding additional products or services when required
  • Precisely perform administrative tasks, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with accuracy while following arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing information, and completing stock management tasks as directed by senior management
  • Support opening and closing store activities, as required
  • Provide client care to all departments, including photo and beauty services, ensuring departments are fully stocked and functional while staying current with all updated services and tools
  • Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including performing routine tasks in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
  • Embrace and uphold new arenaflex services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping individuals on their path to better health
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, and an insignificant amount of weight regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting
  • Close visual acuity to perform tasks, such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual examination including small parts/details
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Past experience in a retail or client service setting
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (not required but preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
