As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting data into our system using a steady flow of images
  • Identifying document types based on provided information
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of entered data
  • Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards
  • Collaborating professionally with team members to achieve common goals
  • Suggesting improvements for job processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Completing daily tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Performing other basic office duties as needed
