  • *Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately keying data into our system, meeting weekly targets, and working with vendors to resolve discrepancies. You'll also be involved in auditing invoices, disputing unnecessary or unreasonable charges, and tracking cost savings. This is a non-exempt position that requires attention to detail, excellent keyboarding skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • *Primary Responsibilities**
  • Independently responsible for accurately keying data into work orders into system
  • Must meet or exceed weekly targets
  • Work with vendors when required information is missing
  • Audit invoices and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges
  • Track cost savings
  • Communicate with CSM team
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
  • *Requirements**
  • Associates Degree preferred but collegiate experience not required
  • Excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word expected
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Working knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment preferred
