As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
• Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating intricate reports, and performing advanced data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
• Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability
• Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reviews to internal clients and stakeholders

• *Required Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)+ Excel, Visual Basic for Applications+ Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)+ Development Programming Languages – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript+ Development Database Languages – Transact SQL+ Database Knowledge – MS SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:

• Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience
