• **Pay:** $18.00 per hour
• **Location:** South Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid after training | 1 day onsite per week until fully trained)
• **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Gathering and accurately entering data from various websites into designated platforms
• Communicating with vendors via email or phone to resolve any data discrepancies, requiring basic customer service skills
• Participating in status update calls and handling ad hoc information requests as needed
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management processes
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy

• *Ideal Candidate**

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

• 2+ years of experience managing relationships across multiple departments
• Proficiency in email communication, phone interactions, and basic customer service
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Experience in vendor management or multi-departmental customer service
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks

To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we require:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
• Two verifiable employment references
