• *What You'll Do**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for clients and center partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software
• Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike
• Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
• Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and other channels as needed) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
• Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to be spent on outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts

• *What You'll Need**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (where applicable)
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
• Ability to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
• Ability to pass a background check
