As a Data Entry Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our staff and stakeholders. - *Primary Responsibilities:**
- Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
- Enter required grant data accurately into our system (NRS) to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, adhering to FERPA regulations.
- Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting and minimize data discrepancies.
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management and adaptability.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, to inform program improvements and enhancements.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex initiatives.
- Scan documents and label items, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow.
- Inventory supplies, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Perform basic word processing tasks, such as formatting and editing documents.
- Organize digital files and materials, maintaining a secure and accessible digital environment.
- Prepare mailings and assist with filing, providing administrative support to our team members.
- Complete other assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- *Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, education, or computer science) is preferred.
- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, including MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy, plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, communicate effectively, work cooperatively with others, and work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
