- *Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Technician I, II, or III at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into our computer or database system, reviewing discrepancies, and performing data verification routines to verify the accuracy of entered data. You'll also produce reports and printouts as needed, and work closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Enter data into computer or database system with accuracy and efficiency
- Review discrepancies in data received and request clarification or advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Perform data verification routines in accordance with established procedures and deadlines to verify accuracy of entered data
- Produce reports and printouts as needed
- Work closely with team to resolve any issues that may arise
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One (1) year of data entry experience (Data Entry Technician I)
- Two (2) years of data entry experience (Data Entry Technician II)
- Three (3) years of data entry experience (Data Entry Technician III)
- Completion of a data entry course is preferred
- Completion of medical terminology and/or ICD-9 Coding preferred as specified by hiring department
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or one and one-half years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for arenaflex underwriting rating
- Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment
- Knowledge of Database software and Word Processing software
