Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management and Entry: Accurately input, process, and maintain data within our cornerstone large data platform. Ensure data integrity by performing quality checks and validation procedures on all entered information.

  • Live Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries through live chat channels with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

  • Business Requirements Collaboration: Work closely with utility teams to define, body, and capture business needs. Translate functional requirements into technical deliverables that support our data infrastructure.

  • Voice of the Customer (VOC):strong> Support the development and growth of voice of the customer methods. Leverage customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to strategic initiatives.

  • Data Architecture Support: Assist in designing and building robust data model architecture to support optimal data processing and standardized metric definitions. Contribute to the enhancement of our big data ecosystem.

  • Automation and Efficiency: Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Support the development of automation tools that streamline data processing workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to prioritize, define, and test data for various use cases. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementations.

Essential Qualifications
