- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of approximately 50 consultants and managers, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including proactive project management, regular feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Channel, Knowledge & Operations) to enhance Customer Success processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using SQL to extract and analyze data.
- Pilot high-impact projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives, working closely with peers in the Customer Success leadership team to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and successes.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in managing large operational teams (over 50 people) with demonstrated results.
- Strong leadership skills, with a natural ability to coach and develop team members.
- Experience in animation and training is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Experience in the Customer Success industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
