We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our high-volume omnichannel platforms. - *The Role & Responsibilities**
As an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our current customer service team members to ensure excellent customer relations across our omnichannel platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized customer service experiences to all types of clientele, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with orders, exchanges, returns, and more with efficiency and poise
- Developing a strong understanding of our product line and company voice, leveraging this knowledge to create up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Identifying and growing relationships with VIP customers, providing personalized service and individual outreach to build loyalty and retention
- Creating on-brand packages and content on an as-needed basis to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining reporting, tracking, and systems to ensure seamless operations
- Representing the core values of arenaflex and acting as a brand ambassador in all communications
- *Who You Are**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about luxury fashion and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft OS, Shopify, Full Circle (or other ERP system), and all social media platforms
- Fashion or E-Commerce experience recommended, with a strong understanding of the luxury market
- Ability to think outside the box and question everything, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads under pressure and independently
- Ability to multitask and self-manage, with a high level of integrity in all that you do
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- 2+ years of omnichannel customer service experience in a like-minded environment (luxury, both wholesale and DTC) preferred
