When not on the road, you'll work from our home office, supporting current customers, preparing for future trips, and conducting follow-ups with recently installed customers.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert arenaflex software for customers, providing customized training and support to dealership personnel
- Meet with dealership management to understand customer needs and requirements
- Customize the system to meet specific dealership needs
- Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution
- Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from the home office
- Collaborate with experienced representatives to assist with customer set-up and implementation
- Participate in department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor
- Focus on one area of the software during product training and assist with customer implementation

Our comprehensive training program lasts approximately 2-3 months and includes:
- Department observations to gain a deeper understanding of our software and processes
- Classroom instruction on product training and automotive dealership operations
- On-the-job training with a mentor to ensure a smooth transition to the role

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
