• *What You'll Do**

As a Fleet Engineer with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Keeping informed of day-to-day airline operations involving your field of responsibility
• Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
• Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions
• Providing engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components in order to restore serviceable status
• Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems
• Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
• Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
• Preparing engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with project management and coordination
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance software and systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
