We're seeking a self-motivated and customer-centric Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our dental practice clients, you'll provide exceptional service, support, and guidance to help them navigate the complexities of dental insurance. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • *Responsibilities**

As an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple service accounts for dental practices, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Developing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, clear explanations of service programs, and consistent communication
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of dental insurance in-network participation, including explaining the impact of different options on clients' businesses
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and offering tailored solutions to address their concerns
  • Working closely with clients to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects, and providing regular updates on account progress
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and escalating issues to leadership as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and Google Meet screen shares
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's knowledge base
  • *Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Some office/computer work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Google Drive or the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to navigate new software and technology
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting deadlines
  • A passion for learning and growth, with a desire to develop new skills and take on new challenges

  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.38, with the potential for annual salary of $42,400
