- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor on our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently
- Capturing prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions
- Answering detailed product questions on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities
- Defining consumer needs by asking relevant CRM/product questions
- Selecting fulfillment items and completing price and equips statements for consumers
- Locating dealers following standard dealerization rules
- Categorizing callers and offering appropriate touchpoints (warm transfers to a dealer)
- Providing website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites
- Escalating outstanding issues and providing goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines
- Communicating in written form (email/text chat) with consumers regarding products and programs supported
- Conducting CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer any additional questions
- As required, calling consumers to invite them to attend events
- Following critical elements of the Minacs Call and File handling process
- Staying current with Center procedures, product information, and online resource tools
- Appropriately managing customer complaints from initial call to resolution

As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, you'll bring empathy, integrity, knowledge, and a unique compassionate style to every interaction. You'll have:
- A high school diploma with 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
- A courteous and strong customer service orientation
- The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- The ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills
- Dependability with proficient attention to detail
- The ability to rotate shifts, as needed
- A passion for helping others
