  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor on our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Capturing prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions
  • Answering detailed product questions on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities
  • Defining consumer needs by asking relevant CRM/product questions
  • Selecting fulfillment items and completing price and equips statements for consumers
  • Locating dealers following standard dealerization rules
  • Categorizing callers and offering appropriate touchpoints (warm transfers to a dealer)
  • Providing website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites
  • Escalating outstanding issues and providing goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines
  • Communicating in written form (email/text chat) with consumers regarding products and programs supported
  • Conducting CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer any additional questions
  • As required, calling consumers to invite them to attend events
  • Following critical elements of the Minacs Call and File handling process
  • Staying current with Center procedures, product information, and online resource tools
  • Appropriately managing customer complaints from initial call to resolution

  • A high school diploma with 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
  • A courteous and strong customer service orientation
  • The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
  • The ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills
  • Dependability with proficient attention to detail
  • The ability to rotate shifts, as needed
