As a key member of our Building Controls department, you'll be responsible for ensuring client and partner safety and satisfaction while minimizing support costs for complex issues. • Conduct diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring client and partner safety and satisfaction
• Provide proactive solutions for issues, applying advanced programming techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Develop, share, and implement processes and practices to address business challenges, working closely with directors, colleagues, and clients
• Analyze and apply data from various sources to inform decision-making and drive business growth
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and excellence in building controls
• Participate in teams to drive building execution and controls, leveraging shared resources, data, and tools
• Complete work tasks and meet business needs in Building Execution and Controls, utilizing strategies, knowledge, and resources
