We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Development & Analytics Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our EVP, Boss Development Official, and other senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results. Your expertise in business development, analytics, and innovation will be instrumental in shaping our strategy and driving growth.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field; graduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in business development, analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience building relationships and collaborating across teams and levels of the organization
