• Utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads and deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Reside within the state of Oklahoma
• Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting our technical requirements (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
• Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection
• Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred)
• Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
