  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and deliver the benefits of our cloud solutions to our clients. You'll assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of our cloud platform, explaining technical features, helping clients design solutions, participating in proof-of-concepts, and investigating potential roadblocks. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled needs
  • Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
  • Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, stages, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice guidance to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance
  • Experience designing mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant technologies
  • Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space
