We're currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Carolina. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to accounts receivable billing inquiries, processing payments, and resolving billing issues in accordance with all state and federal regulations.

- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts receivable, processing payments, and resolving billing issues
- Responding to accounts receivable billing inquiries and providing clear and concise information to customers
- Processing payments and resolving billing issues in accordance with all state and federal regulations
- Collaborating with internal teams to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Assisting in the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto our platform
- Providing training and support to clients on how to effectively utilize our platform
- Monitoring client accounts, tracking key metrics, and providing regular reports on performance
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or account management roles
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Knowledge of financial services industry and understanding of investment products
- Proven sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
