Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and emails regarding emergency roadside assistance


• Assessing the situation and providing appropriate solutions, including dispatching tow trucks, locksmiths, or other necessary services


• Recording and managing customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system


• Providing customers with updates and ensuring timely resolution of their issues


• Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction


• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
