We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients and helping them achieve their goals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, handling calls from new and existing business clients with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, addressing a variety of requests in an efficient and effective manner
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address issues, provide support, offer information, and place orders to keep customers satisfied and retain business
  • Correctly document customer interactions and track call types to ensure seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintain support service levels and uphold Customer Service standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
  • Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift, handling high call volumes with ease and professionalism
  • Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team and the organization
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
  • Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
  • A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar

  • Bilingual French speaking skills
