As a key member of our Uncertainties (Guardian and Trust Administrations) – Returned Proclamations group, you'll be responsible for supporting less experienced Client care Agents, implementing new processes, and driving process improvements.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, ensuring the general adequacy of the group
  • Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer support impact
  • Perform complex customer care tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
  • Provide topic expertise and translation of methodology to less experienced Client assistance Agents, offering guidance to meet defined efficiency and execution objectives
  • Collaborate with the quick group and communicate with various departments
  • Suggest areas requiring improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Connect with internal and external clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Utilize various systems to research and determine issues with client addresses on proclamations
  • *Required Capabilities**
  • 4 years of customer support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Successful organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
