As a key member of our Uncertainties (Guardian and Trust Administrations) – Returned Proclamations group, you'll be responsible for supporting less experienced Client care Agents, implementing new processes, and driving process improvements. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Support the execution of less experienced Client care Agents, new or upgraded services, and procedural changes, ensuring the general adequacy of the group
- Provide input and present plans to improve or implement processes and tools with a general customer support impact
- Perform complex customer care tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats
- Provide topic expertise and translation of methodology to less experienced Client assistance Agents, offering guidance to meet defined efficiency and execution objectives
- Collaborate with the quick group and communicate with various departments
- Suggest areas requiring improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Connect with internal and external clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Utilize various systems to research and determine issues with client addresses on proclamations
- *Required Capabilities**
- 4 years of customer support, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
