- *Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a critical new device for both clients and sales staff, designed to elevate the sales experience. This role requires the ability to adapt from program methodology to advancement, to activities, to experience planning, to geo status, and more.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Advancement and Customer Deals Enablement, to deliver a best-in-class sales enablement program
- Map out the client journey and work with program leaders to develop strategies to meet goals
- Coordinate content from various sources, including creating a style guide, maintaining a library of association content, and monitoring performance
- Participate in fast prototyping and testing to ensure seamless execution
- Develop cool arrangements with our IT and Item Supervisory crews to drive speed to market, improve the overall customer experience, and drive sales
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 8+ years of experience working with content improvement groups and local partners, with a strong preference for geo-experienced candidates
- Deep understanding of satisfied streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve more sales
- Immense knowledge of arenaflex products' features, benefits, and applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform basic metric client experience data into successful content strategies
- Past experience in happy administration devices to impact front-and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Director is a plus
- Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highest level of morals, values, integrity, and trust
