As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • **Act as the First Line of Support**: Provide timely and effective solutions to clients' software-related issues via email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other communication channels.
  • **Screen Share to Review Customer Issues**: Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve software issues, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • **Keep an Eye Out for Recurring Software Issues**: Analyze and suggest improvements to prevent future issues, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • **Stay Up-to-Date with Software Updates**: Continuously update your knowledge of our software and its features to provide expert support and guidance to clients.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • **Software/SaaS Support Experience**: A strong background in software or SaaS support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in software and SaaS support tools, including CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, Confluence, and other relevant technologies.

While not required, experience with the following technologies is a plus:
