As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in making informed, data-driven decisions. You will work closely with our Marketing, Product, Data Science, and other teams to provide high-quality, actionable insights that drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in helping us understand our audience, identify trends, and optimize our strategies to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Design and implement data pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of insights to our stakeholders
- Perform in-depth pattern analysis, assessing the contributions of various drivers from multiple perspectives
- Define and investigate audience segments to drive pack growth
- Work with other analysis teams to gather and integrate relevant pack data from various sources, creating a cohesive and compelling narrative
- Develop and maintain complex data models, using tools such as R/Python/SAS (or other statistical analysis software) and SQL
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies in data analysis, including machine learning and artificial intelligence
- *Essential Capabilities**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software, including R/Python/SAS (or other statistical analysis software) and SQL
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to think critically and strategically, breaking down complex data into actionable insights

- Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
- Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
