Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of AI and Machine Learning (ML) models for our attractions. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll play a critical role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and ML model development. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex.
About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business challenges can be addressed creatively using ML.
- Leading and working with cross-functional teams of specialists and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
- Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms.
- Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
- Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
- Productionizing ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets.
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
Required Capabilities and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies.
- Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
- 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
- Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions.
- Solid systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions.
Favored Capabilities
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Docker.
- Control frameworks.
- Kubernetes.
- Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
- Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Nimble development techniques.
- Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
- Audio analysis.
- Text analysis.
Education
We're looking for candidates with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field. A Ph.D. in a related field is also highly valued.
