We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Santa Monica, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making for our sign-up and trade item spaces.
• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert insights on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Employ statistical and inferential techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behavior/value and drive impact across the business.

• Unbridled enthusiasm, high academic and scientific strength, and an insatiable quest for data-driven insights and business results.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale.
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior management.
