As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Building a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners
• Supporting the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Supporting internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Working with various data systems and providing ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and decision-making
• Archiving work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Collaborating with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans
• Building vital dynamic structures and writing scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences
• Supporting Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

• *Essential Capabilities**

• 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social data set plan and capability
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent leadership skills
• Successful collaboration and time management skills
• Attention to detail, with the ability to step back and grasp the big picture
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to explore technical ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques

• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
