We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our inventory network optimization and process improvement team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in inventory network processes
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize inventory network processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx), and data mining techniques
• Experience working with large, complex data sets and developing data visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
