• *Job Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Architect at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining a robust data architecture framework that supports large-scale data evaluation and analysis
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Designing and implementing data models, data dictionaries, and technical metadata to support data-driven decision-making
• Defining and maintaining data integration architecture, data warehouse, and business intelligence architecture
• Developing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
• Leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and innovation
• Monitoring and evaluating trends in the data market to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and improve query performance
• Participating in the development of data governance requirements, guidelines, and principles
• Driving data platform architectural choices and development requirements

• *Key Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
• At least 4 years of experience in data/analytics architecture, engineering design, configuration experience, and/or related fields
• Experience developing cloud-based solutions and knowledge of DevOps
• At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific architecture
• Experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
• Direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and internationally)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
• Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
