We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Operations Analytics and Performance team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for curating Single Source of Truth information tables, generating and distributing automatic reporting, and transitioning to modern data and reporting tools. You'll work closely with analytics teams to provide strategic insights and drive business growth.

- Locate and extract data from various sources to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Clean and curate datasets by identifying new data sources and collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine the best source of data
- Develop and maintain data environments to support automatic reporting and analysis
- Leverage emerging technologies to discover new and innovative ways to communicate data and insights to stakeholders
- Support business development and project control engagements for various business units and cross-functional initiatives
- Train and mentor team members on various skills and topics
- Practice security-aware behaviors in all operational techniques and procedures
- Demonstrate a team-first mindset with the success of our team and business partners as the top priority
- Embody intellectual curiosity, ask questions, and communicate ideas effectively
- Experience working in high-profile environments with fluid priorities, ambiguity, and competitive deadlines
- *What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns
- Proficiency with Python, SAS, or other comparable tools and programming languages
- Ability to troubleshoot a reporting database environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with multiple requests and timelines
- Self-starter with a resilient, solution-minded approach to complex problems
- Consistently prioritizes security and protection of self, others, and personal data

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
