- *Job Summary:**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing full-time assistance to our customers, conducting records submission, and performing various clerical tasks. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers who require a range of support services and products. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure seamless communication, and maintain accurate records.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries
- Update and maintain customer phone call data source, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
- Manage support; profile page creation/updating
- Filing, Information access, and Document production
- Create and update customer service issue tickets
- Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs
- Manage the business's lobby area: Greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
- General office roles feature but are not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task job
- Responsible for checking out supply products
- *Essential Qualifications:**
