We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Science team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about innovation and customer service.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify areas where business issues can be addressed using AI and machine learning
  • Leading and working with data scientists and engineers to execute and scale AI solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors
  • Driving innovation and experimentation, including ideation, proof-of-concept development, and client communication
  • Managing functional support and maintenance of AI-related products and services delivered by the team
  • Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
  • Productionizing machine learning algorithms in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
  • *Required Capabilities and Abilities**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
  • 2 years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
  • Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
  • Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
  • 2 years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
  • Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, including relational skills and determination to complete responsibilities
  • Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions
  • *Preferred Capabilities**

While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:

  • Docker
  • Control frameworks
  • Kubernetes
  • Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform
  • Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
  • Data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
  • Audio analysis
  • Text analysis
  • *Education**

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in a related field is a plus.
