  • *About the Role**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and different plans, working with the crew to identify opportunities to beautify and improve our plans, simplify, and streamline our approaches. You'll also be accountable for managing third-celebration directors (TPAs), researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business companions, and presenting analytical aid and hints to senior management to make plan design selections.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and different plans, ensuring compliance with federal, country, and nearby legal guidelines and regulations.
  • Work with the crew to identify opportunities to beautify and improve our plans, simplify, and streamline our approaches.
  • Manage third-celebration directors (TPAs), researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business companions.
  • Present analytical aid and hints to senior management to make plan design selections.
  • Develop and implement business solutions, building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Model compliance with organization guidelines and techniques, supporting enterprise venture, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Develop and lead business customers thru the challenge management system, determining wanted changes and report necessities.
  • Create communication plans to announce challenge techniques to leadership, challenge crew, and stakeholders.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, finance, or business administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, TPAs, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k) plans and other retirement plans, with experience in plan design and implementation.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as human resources, finance, or business administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field.
  • Certification in benefits administration, such as the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
  • Experience with benefits administration software, such as ADP or Paychex.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as ERISA and the Affordable Care Act.
