As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing CVS data entry operations in a remote work from home setting. You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This is a full-time position that requires comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely.

  • Manage CVS data entry operations in a remote work from home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
  • Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
  • Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
  • Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
  • Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans
  • Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools
  • Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
  • Participate in QM meetings
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
  • At least 4 years of experience in healthcare or social work
  • Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with data entry and quality control processes
