As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Catering Operations & Logistics team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our catering partners, ensuring a safe and healthy food preparation process, and driving improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing oversight and guidance to our catering partners to ensure a safe and healthy food preparation process
- Analyzing working performance and customer satisfaction data to identify trends, develop insights, and drive improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, including menu enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Leading regular reviews to ensure compliance with Catering Activities Business Manual, arenaflex Health Guidelines, and other regulatory requirements
- Providing support for investigations related to health episodes, including medical action planning
- Coordinating the execution of new menu ideas and service enhancements
- Offering local support for drives like technology enhancements, changes to working performance metrics, process compliance, and more
- Collaborating with CSC and leadership groups to support change management and communication plans for drives; offering local support and monitoring the adoption and progress of new drives
- Ensuring strong communication and proactive engagement with airport partners, including Inflight, SOC, Customer Support, Ramp Administration, and the Business Office
- Participating in key airport meetings to stay connected with partners and address operational challenges
- Acting as a knowledgeable leader to provide guidance and support to catering partners and local working groups
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Design, Business, or related field) or 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in an Expert, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role
- Project leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and engage with leaders and advanced employees from diverse cultures and working divisions
- Successful business writing and speaking skills and confidence engaging with all levels of management
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Self-starter with the ability to both execute independently and effectively work together in a team environment
- Ability to work during non-standard hours and peak periods when required to support a global 24/7/365 operation, and to work in controlled and uncontrolled operational conditions
- Willingness to work full-time at an airport-based location
- Ability to be available and work beyond regular business hours to support the operation
- 2+ years of experience in a salaried (non-hourly) Investigator, Operations, Counseling, or Designing role
- Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
- Effective fulfillment of interview expected to meet work requirements
- Strong, reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position; remote and hybrid work options are not relevant to this role
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate education
- 2+ years of Modern Designing work experience
- 2+ years of carrier catering, airport operations, manufacturing, or other activities salaried (non-hourly) experience
- HACCP, PCQI, or similar food handling certifications
- Familiarity with more than one language
