• *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Mining crude data collections to create normalized, analysis-ready patient datasets from in-house information resources or authorized stages
• Analyzing and interpreting results, and helping shape the investigation process
• Collaborating with other members of the arenaflex Clinical Trials team to convey significant insights from genuine world, clinical, and other data sources to support biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical trial requests
• Cleaning, transforming, and storing data into a unified data lake for future analysis and broader team use
• Performing data mining and statistical analysis to examine RWE/RWD and discover new insights regarding patient populations and treatment results
• Supporting the development of genuine data, analysis, and stage skills, applying advanced investigation and tools to resolve logical inquiries from biopharmaceutical organizations
• Working collaboratively on the design and execution of results research studies
• Ensuring high-quality, thorough, and timely interpretations from RWE review and examinations
• Assembling dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use
• Conducting an expected level of effort on new true data suppliers merchants and driving RWD quality evaluations to inform project decisions

• *Essential Capabilities:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of experience with R, Python, or SQL
• Experience in designing and executing powerful and reproducible statistical analyses in the context of epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data
• Knowledge of standard statistical testing methods including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
• Experience handling large datasets from various data sources
• Experience managing protected patient health data
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI visualization tools

• *Preferred Capabilities:**

While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:

• Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets
• Aptitude in clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
• Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
• Experience managing alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions
• Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
• Understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
