- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Supply Chain Systems Management team in a remote work-from-home (Wfh) opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations, as well as administer and support all aspects of data management.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, including data management, reporting, and analytics
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions
- Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support DC operations
- Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures
- Communicate with MHE vendors regarding data management and support
- Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
- Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
- Regulate non-exempt staff
- Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
- Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users
- Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
- Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
- *Required Capabilities**
- 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.
- 2+ years of experience working with SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
- Local presence required (this is not a remote job)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- *Preferred Capabilities**
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain systems
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
