As a UPS Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering shipment data into UPS software systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring all details are up to date and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
