As a seasoned Group Leader at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our division leaders and managers in the overall leadership and operation of our Distribution Center (DC). - *Job Responsibilities:**
- Lead and collaborate with your team to achieve divisional goals and objectives
- Manage, assign, and direct the activities of division team members
- Effectively communicate information to the team in an open and transparent manner
- Support Director and Managers on a case-by-case basis to ensure operational effectiveness
- Utilize various reports, charts, and systems as necessary to identify and resolve issues that team members may encounter in their work performance
- Assign team members to workstations within the division to achieve a fair workload and meet operational metrics
- Meet daily with the Office Administrator and Manager to determine departmental staffing needs and tasks
- Direct tasks as assigned by Manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager
- Train, develop, and evaluate colleagues
- Maintain attendance and performance records of associates
- Ensure hands-on safety, always
- *Required Capabilities:**
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (approachable and warm). Should have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure information is communicated effectively from one shift to another
- Must be certified on all equipment required to complete the job
- Ability to work past 40 hours
- Leadership skills, critical thinking, independent direction, multitasking, delegate responsibility, set goals, good example for resolve, advance production as a visual cue, and ensure completion of the primary task
- Strong WMS knowledge, computer education
- Must be available immediately and attend all compulsory Instructional courses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations
- Proficient in Strategies and Systems across all movements of the Operation
- Work equipment in a safe manner following recommended work procedures
- Excellent attendance is a must

- Past distribution center experience
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- *Pay Range:** This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for an arenaflex reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
