- *Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack HRIS Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC
- Providing exceptional customer support to internal and external clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction
- Analyzing and reporting HR data to identify trends, exceptions, and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business decisions and outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless data integrations and reporting
- Scheduling and executing preferred and ad-hoc reports to retrieve data from multiple sources and systems
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop customized reporting solutions
- Analyzing and comparing historical HR data from multiple systems and making recommendations to key stakeholders
- Creating, preparing, and presenting reports to senior management and branch HR departments on HR department statistics, trends, and outcomes
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- At least three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and HRIS administration
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of SUM functions, borders, column width, charts, text wrap, sorting, headers, and footers
- Experience configuring, enhancing, and testing HRIS systems, including SAP/EC
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience using primary-level skills in SQL, including building queries, adding, modifying, and deleting data, creating and maintaining tables, and querying and replacing databases
- Experience using time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, and monitoring information, and meeting deadlines for multiple initiatives
- Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve successful project outcomes
- Experience speaking technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience collecting requirements, developing solutions, and integrating cross-functional system solutions
- Experience helping HRIS, including SAP Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll, knowledge of control systems, performance management, and succession planning
- Knowledge of Human Resources concepts, practices, and techniques, including Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training
