We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Innovation Acquisition Manager to join our team in a part-time remote work arrangement. As a key member of our Innovation Production Network, you'll be responsible for driving the acquisition of new technologies, managing contracts, and building strategic partnerships that will help us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving airline industry.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create and lead a high-performing team of professionals who are skilled, educated, and client-focused, by recruiting and hiring qualified candidates, providing training and development opportunities, and delegating work responsibilities and needs.
• Work with Senior Authorities across arenaflex to develop acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.
• Assist in building key acquisition skills through training with cross-functional teams and training on new methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with provider contracts, programs, or projects.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of innovation philosophies and concepts, such as SAAS, Spry development, DevOps, and more.
• Show a strong understanding of innovation contract-specific concerns, such as IP ownership, SLAs, network security, and data security.
• Develop, review, and audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards and policies.
• Foster expertise in advanced acquisition techniques, including but not limited to: Value Engineering, Conditional Efficiency, Global Acquisition, Worth Designing, TCO, and Provider Improvement within the team.
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and ethics in all interactions.
• May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs.

• Talented in working with Legal, Insurance, Expense, and other important departments to ensure that their requirements are captured in policies.
• Ability to create and execute team objectives, lead team-building exercises, mentor and tutor others, and provide constructive and effective feedback on performance and career development.
• Ability to contribute to and assist with budget development and ensure effective use of financial resources.
• Ability to provide guidance and direction on daily activities related to strategic acquisition, contract drafting, negotiation, and payment.
• Ability to follow and analyze team performance by tracking key performance metrics.
• Ability to unite others to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to connect disparate pieces of information to form overall guidelines or decisions (includes finding a relationship between seemingly unrelated events).
• Ability to switch between at least two tasks or sources of information (such as conversation, sounds, contact, or other sources).
