• *Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Security Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our security team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing our bug bounty and vulnerability management program. You'll work closely with our security experts to identify and remediate security weaknesses, develop and implement automated and manual procedures, and collaborate with external security researchers and internal partners. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Recreate and validate proof of concept (POC) security weaknesses
• Review and assess technical security risks for validated security weaknesses
• Apply automated and high-level manual procedures to validate remediation activities
• Utilize cross-functional security, development, and technical expertise to enhance the organization's security posture
• Review program entries triaged by other colleagues for technical efficacy and risk assessment
• Identify fundamental/repeating patterns in application, design, and platform arrangements
• Collaborate successfully with external security researchers and internal partners
• Develop and improve metrics that clearly portray the health, growth, and effectiveness of the bug bounty program
• Research and continuously improve skills to emulate attacker strategies, methods, and systems

• Proven experience supporting and developing bug bounty and vulnerability management programs
• Strong background as an intrusion analyst/moral hacker/bug tracker
• Familiarity with a wide range of platforms and technologies, including cloud services, Web of Things (IoT), mobile applications, custom hardware, and custom applications operating at massive scale
• Experience as an idea leader and mentor for early-career security professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical skills, with experience in programming languages, operating systems, and security tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
