  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Senior Business Analyst to join our Pharmacy & Retail Operations team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to help Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in each long- and short-term strategic planning, and the improvement and implementation of applications. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of enterprise tactics referring to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations in the Retail Hub.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Collect, summarize statistics, and provide evaluation to help Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in each long- and short-term strategic planning, and the improvement and implementation of applications
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices referring to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations in the Retail Hub
  • Provide extra complicated evaluation of corresponding statistics to construct an enterprise case for device and operational technique changes, enhancements, improvement of functional specs interface possibilities with fees and/or return on investment summarized
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for various tasks to drive task execution
  • Communicate relevant task records to stakeholders, both corporately and in the field
  • Collect, analyze, make unique recommendations, and provide records pertaining to proposed applications to fulfill the enterprise and strategic desires of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the Company
  • Manage complicated ad-hoc tasks and analyses, as needed
  • Plan, design, and deploy suitable reviews and tools
  • Collaborate throughout Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others, to broaden operational solutions
  • Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to less senior Business Analysts
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting statistics to be able to discover problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of effects and locate solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting statistics to be able to discover problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of effects and locate solutions
  • At least 1 year of experience querying databases (for example SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS and/or SQL Server)
  • Experience in figuring out operational problems and recommending and enforcing techniques to solve problems and issues
  • Experience speaking about the effect of business evaluation effects to business leaders
  • Intermediate degree talent in Microsoft Word (for example: placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables and/or adjusting table columns)
  • Intermediate degree talent in Microsoft Excel (for example the use of SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
  • Intermediate degree talent in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and template colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
