We're seeking an experienced Shipping and Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing shipments, and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by our franchise owner
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, through email, and by phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Upsell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth
- Open and close the center, cash register, and other center systems, ensuring a smooth and secure operation
- Assist management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory, ensuring that our facilities are always well-stocked and organized
- Maintain the center consistent with established standards, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety
- Interact with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations
- Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes, capturing and completing tasks, and organizing Virtual Mail
- Finish and complete print and sign orders, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard
- Show up to work at scheduled time with no call offs, demonstrating a commitment to reliability and accountability
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
- Ability to multitask, processing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license required
